Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Fashion Showroom Assistant located in New York, NY. The Fashion Showroom Assistant will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day showroom operations, managing inventory, coordinating with clients, and supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in assisting salespeople with all sales admin duties for an apparel company required.
- Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing, and tidy showroom environment.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tracking merchandise.
- Responsible for global sample trafficking of the Edite collections: inventory / sends / returns
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency. This may include managing office supplies, equipment, facilities, and vendor relationships
- Organize trade shows, presentations, and other events.
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, catering, and equipment.
- Manage showroom budgets, tracking expenses and revenues and order office supplies
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
- Create clients invoicing and follow up on stores payments
- Maintain sales database for invoices, orders, commissions
- Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with office tasks as needed.

- 2 years experience in a similar position required
